My husband (he is American born) and I have been married since September 2005. We went through the entire application process during the Fall of 2005 and, knowing what a headache it can be, we now wish to share our personal experience with others going through the same ordeal. Legal advice is scattered around the internet, but we had a very difficult time finding out exactly how the process worked from one day to the next. This is what we're hoping to provide some insight on with this website.
