My name is julien, I am a French citizen and my girlfriend is Russian. She has a green card and lives in Los Angeles.

We would like to get married.

Do you think it is better to get married in the US? I would have to come under a visa waiver tourist entry I94, or is it better to get married in France?

How long would I have to wait before I can legally come and see her in California?

Could we get married in France in September 2008 and apply for a K3 visa? I think a K3 visa is for newly married couple, is that right?

Thank you for your help, we are in love and pretty much lost there with all this information on how to immigrate legally...
